The Banking Hall, Pershore – Opening Event 22 April 2022
Pershore Rotary are delighted to have been invited to host the opening event of The Banking Hall function suite in Pershore on Friday, 22 April 2022.
The Banking Hall site has been refurbished by its owners, Spirit Ventures Ltd, into a 1920s style function suite, capable of accommodating 80 to 120 people in a variety of operating modes. This new facility will be a great asset to Pershore, providing opportunities for weddings, corporate events, receptions, team building and all forms of hospitality.
With this in mind, we would like to make it a business-related evening and invite you and your colleagues to join us at The Banking Hall for a reception, 2 course dinner and the opportunity to view the facilities and network with representatives from other businesses in and around Pershore. We have invited Ian Edwards, Director of Economy and Environment at Wychavon District Council, as our special guest to speak on ‘doing business in Pershore and Wychavon’. We hope that this will inspire questions to the speaker and encourage some lively after-dinner conversation.
This will be a charity event and we plan to hold an auction and raffle to raise funds for our two nominated charities, the Pershore Wellbeing Hub and the Avon Navigation Trust. Representatives of both organisations will be with us and prepared to talk about their work in the community. We hope to have 6 exciting auction items that will both stimulate interest and benefit the charities.
The evening will start with a reception at 7.00pm, a welcome from Pershore Rotary and a review of the function suite facilities by Darren Eden, CEO of Spirit Ventures. A welcome cocktail, 2 course dinner and coffee will be followed by our guest speaker. After which there will be an opportunity to mix and network with other businesses and take part in our charity auction and raffle. There will be a cash bar throughout the evening. Tickets, to include the cocktail and meal, will be £30.00 each and will be available from members of Pershore Rotary and Spirit Ventures.
