High Flyers Indeed!

In recognition of our recent financial support for the Midlands Air Ambulance's 'High Flyer' project, President Lynne received a letter of thanks and certificate from Chief Executive Officer, Hanna Sebright.

The project was to fund the new H145 helicopter, G-HMAA delivering hospital-level treatment and medicine to those in need around the Midlands.

Pershore Rotary proudly continues its support for this excellent charity, its team of flight doctors and critical care paramedics.

Club Secretary, Andrew Turner, yesterday copied members with an invitation from the MAA to view their refurbished Strensham Air Base on Sunday, 17 August from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Having been closed for over a year, MAA are looking forward to having a fully operational base up and running once again. Hopefully, the new helicopter may be on site at the Open Day, but that will depend on its operational duties.
