Pershore Rotary is bringing back a favourite of Pershore's fun and music lovers. "The Rock Choir" are performing again in Pershore Abbey - this time helping raising funds for Pershore Riverside Centre
After their previous successful and enjoyable concerts at Pershore Abbey, helping The Rotary Club of Pershore raise funds for local charities, the Worcestershire based Rock Choir, with Jacob Ashworth as its leader, is back with us once again this time to raise money for The Pershore Riverside Youth Centre.

More about the Rock Choir
Rock Choir has transformed the traditional concept of choral singing by making contemporary music accessible to everyone, regardless of musical ability or experience. There is no audition, no requirement to read music, and no previous singing experience is necessary. Open to both teenagers and adults, Rock Choir provides an opportunity for people to come together, learn contemporary songs and perform as part of a large and inclusive community.
The success of this formula is easy to see when you watch the enjoyment and energy the choir displays when they sing in Pershore Abbey.
Founded in the United Kingdom, Rock Choir has grown into what is described as the country’s original contemporary choir and the world’s largest. By November 2017, more than 25,000 members were rehearsing at approximately 400 locations across the UK, demonstrating the remarkable scale of the organisation and its appeal.
