Wednesday 4th: Evening Business Meeting with supper at The Queen Elizabeth

On the first Wednesday of the month we usually hold a business meeting at the Queen Elizabeth, Elmley Castle, WR10 3HS. We start with an optional light supper at 6:30pm, followed by the business meeting at 7pm.

Peter will be giving a demonstration showing how to access and use the new web site, The Queens WiFi permitting!

For visitors, we would be delighted if you would like to join us and find out more about Rotary and the charity work that we do in Pershore and Worldwide. Wednesday 18th: The Trials and Tribulations of establishing "The Queens" as a Community Pub

On the third Wednesday of the month we usually welcome a speaker at our meeting at the Queen Elizabeth, Elmley Castle, WR10 3HS. This month we welcome Neal Lavender-Jones to talk to us about setting up the Queen Elizabeth (the Queens) as a community pub. "The Queens" has established itself as a well loved venue for both locals and visitors to the walks up Bredon Hill. We start with an optional light supper at 6:30pm, followed by the talk at 7pm.

Friday 20th - Evesham Special School Fun day out Film Show at Number 8

Pershore Rotary sponsors a morning out for children from Evesham Special School to see a film at No. 8. Pershore Ars Centre. Volunteers from Rotary needed to help. Contact Andrew on 07774 466209.

This is free for people suffering from dementia and their carers. Rotary is sponsoring the refreshments.

Saturday 6th - District Assembly and Handover - Lucy becomes Governor - Keep the date

We begin 2026/27 Rotary year with exciting news for Pershore Rotary and the wider community. One of our members, Lucy Thornton, will take up the role of District Governor for Rotary International’s District 1100 on 1 July 2026.This is a significant honour, not only for Lucy personally but also for Pershore Rotary, reflecting the strength and commitment of our club.

It has been decided with the approval of many members that The Commodore Hotel in Instow (Devon) is going to be our destination for 8th to 10th September. Many of you know it already - it is gorgeous.
So please make your reservations ASAP as they are holding rooms for us.
