Pershore Rotarians walk with Peter
Roitarians Mina Crisp and John Angood help Rotarian Peter Gardner hit his first target Marathon distance of 26.2 miles raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK
Mina Crisp and John Angood responded to Peter's invitation to walk with him and they each joined him for a brisk walk on the second week in January. Those two brisk walks, with Peter talking most of the time describing all the features they passed, resulted in him hitting his first target Marathon distance of 26.2 miles.
Some of the views from Peter's walks around Wyre Piddle, Fladbury, Lower and Upper Moor
"As you can see from my Photos, I've had mixed weather and mixed views, but I've kept going in all weathers. It's been great to have company. Liz has walked with me a number of times and it was really good to have Mina and John join me. The days just before they came with me, I really took notice of what interesting features there are on all these footpaths around us, and prepared the verbal guidebook for them both."
Please help Peter with this effort either by walking with him or sponsoring him (or both).
