Mina and Colin's 100 mile walk - Day 4
And 6km on the way, passed the Caen Hill locks but too early for boats to be going up or down☹️

Mina said: "It felt like a very long day today. Beautiful, but the path was hard on the feet"

There are 29 locks in the flight and all but five are in Rowde. A distance of 3.2 km (2 miles) and a rise of 72 metres (237 feet) separate the first lock at Foxhangers Wharf and the last lock in Devizes town. It takes about six hours for a boat to travel through the locks.on the wayon the wayon
