Wednesday 1st: All Fools Day. Evening Business Meeting with supper at The Queen Elizabeth
On the first Wednesday of the month we usually hold a business meeting at the Queen Elizabeth, Elmley Castle, WR10 3HS. We start with an optional light supper at 6:30pm, followed by the business meeting at 7pm.

Wednesday 15th: ShelterBoots 🥾
On the third Wednesday of the month we usually welcome a speaker at our meeting at the Queen Elizabeth, Elmley Castle, WR10 3HS. This month the speaker will be Dave Foster of Evesham Vale Rotary who will coming along to talk about ShelterBoots. This is a wonderful project and I know he will be an interesting speaker; partners will be most welcome. Dave will be walking from Tewkesbury to Worcester on Saturday 30th May this is about 16 miles leaving Tewksbury at about 9 o'clock and will have a break at Upton and plans to arrive at Worcester roughly mid afternoon. We start with an optional light supper at 6:30pm, followed by the talk at 7pm.

Friday 17th to Sunday 19th, Rotary District 1100 Annual Conference at The Bank House Hotel
DG Anne Bartholomew and her husband Alan invite you to join them in April 2026 at the Bank House Hotel and Spa Worcester for a very special weekend conference.
It will be a time when you can enhance your Rotary experience and knowledge, hear some inspiring speakers and come away reinvigorated!

Wednesday 29th: Guest Evening - Speaker Will Jackson from Hereford Elgar Rotary Club will update us on their support work for Ukraine
On the fifth Wednesday of the month we usually have a guest evening with a special speaker at the Queen Elizabeth, Elmley Castle, WR10 3HS.
This month we welcome Will Jackson from Hereford Elgar Rotary Club. Will has visited us before and is coming to update us on the fantastic work that he and the club do in supplying much needed medical and humanitarian resources through Ukraine Rotary Clubs.

Saturday 16th - District Assembly and Handover - Lucy becomes Governor - Note change of date
We begin 2026/27 Rotary year with exciting news for Pershore Rotary and the wider community. One of our members, Lucy Thornton, will take up the role of District Governor for Rotary International’s District 1100 on 1 July 2026.This is a significant honour, not only for Lucy personally but also for Pershore Rotary, reflecting the strength and commitment of our club.

It has been decided with the approval of many members that The Commodore Hotel in Instow (Devon) is going to be our destination for 8th to 10th September. Many of you know it already - it is gorgeous.
So please make your reservations ASAP as they are holding rooms for us.
