About Pershore Rotary

Rotarians like to have fun. We're passionate about supporting our community. We like to think of ourselves as ‘People of Action’ by getting involved in projects, both here around Pershore and also overseas.

About Pershore Rotary

The Rotary Club of Pershore is (not surprisingly) based in Pershore, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Pershore is famous for its ancient Norman Abbey, plum orchards and warm hospitality.

We are a team from the town and surrounding villages who want to make a difference by supporting and helping those less able to help themselves.

Rotarians worldwide are a thoughtful, progressive and inclusive group of people. Generally speaking, we have all acquired many life experiences from our jobs. We aim to use those experiences to help others, particularly within our local organisations and social communities.

Rotary International is a network of 1.4 million neighbours, friends, and leaders who volunteer their skills and resources to solve problems and address community needs. We have embraced many changes in recent years and never more so than now.

Here in Pershore, we have a long history of supporting local needs, going back to our foundation in 1966.

Rotarians like to have fun. We're passionate about supporting our community. We like to think of ourselves as ‘People of Action’ by getting involved in projects, both here around Pershore and also overseas. In the past two years we have raised over £45,000 for local organisations, including the Midlands Air Ambulance, St Richard’s Hospice, Acorns Children’s Hospice and have helped rebuild and support schools in Sri Lanka, Nepal and Africa.

If that sounds good to you, please continue supporting us or go even one better and join us!
