About the event
On the first Wednesday of the month, we meet at the Queen Elizabeth in Elmley Castle. It is a very pleasant community pub with good food and friendly and helpful volunteer staff. After an early dinner, we discuss the club activities and plans.
This month is special as we have the annual handover to a new president. This year Peter Gardner will be handing over to Lynne Raymer.
Most of us start the evening with a quick dinner. Please note, we will be sitting down to dinner promptly at 6:30pm, so please arrive by 6:15 at the latest and buy your drinks and pay for your meals in advance.
Anyone who do not want a meal can join after the dinner at 7pm, and we then continue with a business meeting agreeing and planning on charity activities supporting local and sometimes global needs.
